To keep waste light, orders are produced on a pre-sale model and will ship approximately three weeks from date of purchase.
Our trade term is delivered duty unpaid (DDU).
For DDU shipping, duties and taxes are not included upon check out. Knitup will cover all expenses related to shipment of goods, customer will be liable for any tax or duty required by local law.
Orders placed at the Knitup Collabs store are made-to-order. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges.
